Sounds crazy right? Well, I bought mine at the Remington Knife store at NorthPoint Mall here in Alpharetta, GA. I paid below retail ($49.95) and was perfectly pleased with the transaction....until.....well until I started looking a the knife closesly. It had a scratch on the blade, on the clip, and it just wasn't sharp. So, I called them (about 4 days later) and asked them if they'd exchange it since I felt I'd been sold a used knife...They said, sure. So, now I have a new knife, sharp, no scratches...so, I am happy again!
