Nothing really to brag about, I got some 2" and 1" stock from the metal supermarket and I get to start turning wheels. I will buy bearings next week. Then I can start buying structural pieces. Yay. Anyhody have a suggestion for where to get the most "inexpensive" bearings? I was looking at the Boca site and the ones I was looking at are $9 apiece more or less. can't wait to get home tonight, I like using the lathe...

I just bought bearings for a couple 8" and 10" wheels. This was the best deal I could find after searching all over. Lowe's wanted 12 bucks a peice for the same 1/2" id bearings, I got 10 for that price. They work fine.
