I bought this knife on knife center

Not typically a good idea to research after buying something. Bear and Son are not known for their quality.

It's fine to learn on, my first balisong was a gunshow $14 piece of junk. It wasn't sharp at all so it was perfect for learning. I think the Bear and Son come a little sharper than what mine did so just be careful, dull it, or put some tape over the edge while you learn.

I have a trainer Bali from B&S and for the price paid, it's ok. The quality isn't like my Benchmade 51, but it's not as bad as some flea-market cheapo balis.

I'm sure yours will be fine.
