I broke down and am buying a 3

What is the difference between the regular 3 and the rc3mil. Also what is the 3pmb. The answer is prob. obvious but i just thought i would ask. ( i know that the mil was the law enforcement one, but what is the difference )
 
Great decision. Once you get the details sorted out at least. The esee 3 is great knife and I find it perfect for anything I task I would need it for. Work, camping and home. Perfect size and perfect length.
 
Broke down?:) Cheer up man! Having a good knife with a lifetime guarantee is a cause for celebration...not being broke down, forced to submit, giving in to sinful temptation and all that:)

The 3 has been a rock from our beginning and aI imagine will be around as long as we are and after. Mike
 
I should have elaborated. I tried to force myself not to buy another knife for awhile because i just went nuts buying stuff the last couple months. lol. (i used to horde my money until my knife addiction)
 
If this is the knife you use to cap off your blade buying binge, then you've done a good thing. My 3-MIL is one of my favorite knives, and I've been accumulating them for a long time.

As Mr. Perrin said, it's cause for at least some mild form of celebration. My 3 is the one fixed-blade I will always take into the woods with me, and carry in my car bag next to all of the rest of my trusted gear.

The 3 is a sweet blade.
 
The difference is the the 3mil is freakin awesome! Plus you'll eventually buy the others too. We all do. No matter what model you will never regret buying any esee.
 
i went with the 3 mil. i cant wait for it to get here, but usps has not received it all of yesterday and up till now. I ordered it on the 7th!
