Vidya was published by a bloke named Koss. And yeah, it does look like the G&G/CRKT Provoke. I mean, you can only do so much with a captive asymmetrical balisong mechanism before your pivot is so far over-center that you can't overcome the cam force.

It's a unique design. It's also one you'll want to have the band-aids and gauze pads handy before you start playing with it for the first time.
