Decisions like these deeply impact the psyche, and may eventually result in damage to self esteem when it's realized that the wrong choice was made - especially when pointed fingers and snarking grins surround you.
You should get a Sebenza, and avoid all that.
That aside, look at the blade and handle shapes. The BM is a droppoint with reversible grip - one that can't be easily indexed blade down, but can be easily used blade up. The SOG is more specific, blade down, and the tip won't be as useful if you intend it for slipping under belting, etc. It will snag more.
With that in mind, what will you use it for more often - down only, or with some cuts blade up? The centered drop point, or the clipped and more deeply bellied curve? The more versatile handle, or harder slicing requiring a better grip?
Shapes are specific, and the knives aren't meant for identical uses. Choose the one that best fits your specific set of needs.
By observation, I'd say the BM is a utility stabber, and the SOG a more western style field dresser. Looking at them through those descriptions might help.
