I have these three in the current edc rotation. Very different knives but all above average quality that I like for different reasons. Now I'm thinking I want to combine all my favorite attributes into one knife.

I think after acquiring these all recently that what I really want it's a wood handled, titanium frame lock flipper with a 3 inch m390 blade and a slim profile. I also really like red anodized hardware like on the zt 450.

I'm thinking I have to go custom because I can't find anything like this in my search.

LionSteel TRE with a custom scale from Sketchen or Cuscadi? Have whoever makes the scale for you also make a red G10 backspacer.

I have not seen a wood handle with a titanium lock side. Nor have I seen a wood handle flipper.. I actually haven't even seen that 484 in wood before but I do really like wood grain stuff. Only knife I have in wood grain is the Mnandi though. As for your search, you'd definitely have to go custom if you're looking for something like that. It would undoubtedly be a unique piece with those characteristics combined. Please show us photos if you ever decide to get it done. For now, enjoy the individuality of each of your awesome knives.

There's a Boker Brad Zinker FR coming soon that checks all of your boxes except its VG10 steel. I can't find a picture of it, but here's the info page at Blade HQ http://www.bladehq.com/item--Boker-Plus-Brad-Zinker-FR-Frame--49116

It's a production version of a custom Zinker FR, so it should look something like this...except with a cocobolo handle...http://www.gpknives.com/brad-zinker-fr-framelock-flipper-handrubbed.html. I'm not sure how a wood handle works with a frame lock...now I'm kinda interested in seeing this knife.

Love the handle shape on that custom and the fact that the boker is a wood with frame lock. Looks like I'll bee seeing if I can get BZ on board with this project...Thank you.

You'd probably open your options a lot by first getting a production model that fits all the specs you listed except for the wood, then just outsource for custom scale(s).

You could buy/make a wood scale for a ZT that has a liner on the presentation side like the 0562. A bunch of ZTs used to be M390.
