I can't imagine what it will be like here without Will.

yeah, Will is a great resource. But he said he will still be here, just wearing a different hat, so to speak.

Can't blame a guy for pursuing something he's good at! My uncle is really into sporting clays, but hardly that level.
 
The GREAT ones always seem to leave, move on to better things. I guess that is why they are GREAT.
