Well, within 30 hours of placing my order I recieved the folowing:
1) An e-mail confirmation of my order.
2) A second e-mail thanking me for my order and advising me of the tracking number for the USPS shipment.
3) A neatly wrapped package in the mail containing:
a) a knife whose size and looks makes one smile.
b) a hand written note from Walter Krafft (owner) on the included invoice thanking ME for the order!
4) And as advertised, all at a great price!
