I can't upload pics from iphone (missing media icons)

Hi there, would some one please help me with a technical issue. I can't post pictures from my iphone and it appears that all my media icons are not working, but I can post pics from my ipad and desk top just fine.

Here's a screen shot of showing the iphone vs the desk top.

I logged out of all my devices and shut the phone off, still unable to upload from iphone. please advise.

Check out the screen shot below. Click the 3 dots and then the bracket symbol. That should bring the toolbar back to normal.

See above, also try turning your phone sideways and see if it shows up
