you too oger! what is this and how do i make it? :)

it's cheese steak,

get a pound of shaved beef, one sweet pepper, three jalapeno's, small onion, and some spice's.

heat some olive oil up, chop veggie's add to the pan. cook for about 5 minute's. reduce heat to low, i mean low. add meat, stir and add spice's. cover and let cook for about 30 minute's. stirring every now and then. when meat is cooked add about half a pound of provolone slice's. place then over the mix and cover. let the cheese melt and add to a bun. it's awesome.

i usually pour most of the bouillon in with the leftover's to keep it moist when reheating. then i sip the rest like a scotch. man that's good.

Man that looks delicious. what cut of beef do you use for this? I'm definitely gonna make that a.s.a.p. :)

just about anything well work as long as it's thin. prime rib is awesome but plain old chuck work's good too. you just have to cook it slow, and keep it moist. you can add a little water to the mix also.

..and if you want a more meaty flavour then chuck in a couple of star anise.. careful, it's strong stuff that the professionals use to make the meat seem really flavoursome...

Good info, I've wondered why there was seperate site called bussecompanystore that sold more things than their main site. Both sites are quite similiar, yet different. Now I know why.

What are those "reward" rings??

THat eagle is in a tree in my backyard. THere was an inmature bird there as well but since it was all brown it was hard to pick up.

Yes the ring offerred a reward. THey are called bands and they are off of banded birds. You will see professional waterfowlers on hunting shows that have their entire goose/duck call lanyard covered in em.

I have three and they are all from Canadian geese. It is a rarity and my best friend is in his fifties taught me all about ducks and geese doesnt have one. :( I got the three shown all hunting with him:rolleyes::D Yeah, it kinda made him a little angry on the last hunt cause I shot a double banded bird. THe band has a # for tracking purposes, and the other reward was for $100 t make sure you call it in. I ended up getting a little certificate with info all about the goose. WHere it came from, where it was released etc.

I remind him when he mentions it that I wouldnt have em if it werent for him.

Trouble for him was that my Dad taught me too shoot!;):D:D

THese are the HOrns /trophies to waterfowl hunters everywhere.

Its also why its so much fun:D It keeps you on your toes:)

LMK if I can help further:thumbup:

Over the past couple of years I have seen a dozen or so Bald Eagles. I spotted the majority of them paddling on the Upper Potomac, around the Great Falls area. Of course I never had a camera handy...

Nice picture!

We get Eagles in parts up here thicker than crows. It's great fun to watch crows and Eagles mess with each other.

THey seem to have had a real comeback. I believe they have been many released off the Potomac and nearby. THose came in believe it or not due to me disposing of two does in the woods behind the pond( only the carcass. THe goods went in my freezer:))
. I new that they would eat meat but it was a weird sight to see a tree full of vultures basically get run off by a Bald eagle.:D

Also, saw two mating pairs this last year in Illinois while deer hunting. I watched the 4 of them off and on during a morning hunt just give each other fits. Screaching and carrying on....it looked like a scene from Top gun with a all the twisitng , turning and attacking going on. It was a real show.:)
