I Confess. . . . . I Have Been Dealing With A Serious Addiction. . . . .

Jerry, Please don't start marketing INFI on TV infomercials. It's hard enough for us to get what we want without you turning on millions of insomniacs to INFI. :foot:

I love my Snuggi... Tread lightly!!!

We actually have a retail store in the mall here named "As seen on TV". My Wife won't let me go in there...

In the Mall???????? . . . I am on my way!!!!!!

Snuggies rule!!!!!. . . . Save a pasta boat for me!!!!!

Wow, thank goodness that's your problem. The way this thread started I thought this would be a Jimmy Swaggart moment:eek:

I'm not much for buying crap off the tv. The thing that annoys me the most is the whole "But wait...call now and you get a 2nd piece of crap for free....just pay SEPERATE shipping". PUT IT IN THE SAME DAMN BOX AND CUT THE CRAP!:grumpy:

I will say this though...I bought a handy-switch about 5 years ago. Thing was amazing!! Broke yesterday. I'll be ordering another one of those soon!

The only cure for me was rather drastic...I have NO commercial TV. :(

Sure, got the big-screen hooked up to the stereo...but only DVDs. :o Well, OK, Blu-Rays.

No commercials...no mall in tinytown where I live...no problems! :D Leaves me a little more money to get my INFI fix...and buy parts for my Harley...and all those other toys! ;):D

I will confess. . . . . I Have Been Dealing With A Serious Addiction. . . . . your knives, BOSSHOG.... :p:D

Jerry, now you understand what you do to us with your knives! Ganzaaaa.... anyone? :D

I was going to say just turn off the tv, but there are always the mall stores and the section at china-mart so it may not work for ya.

We use our tv the same way azshaman does... no "as seen on tv" ads on our dvd's, but they sure do push the blu-ray moneypit.
For the price of cable/satellite we save, we can pick up 2-4 new tv show seasons every month which lets us select when we watch re-runs as well as what our son will be exposed to. ;)

The only thing I ever got from an as seen on tv ad that didn't break on the first use, or the first 10 minutes was, well never...

I almost forgot... I have two sets of the metrinch tools that I have used since the 90's. The ratchet extensions break a little too easily, but the sockets/wrenches have been very useful and tough with no problems. Never tried to warranty the extensions... for less than the shipping cost I bought better replacements at a garage sale.

Snuggies are great for guests who come visit in the winter and feel 68-72* is too cold in the house.

. . . . to nearly all "AS SEEN ON TV" products.

Monday my EZ eyes keyboard arrived (Which I am now typing on). . . . Very Cool ! ! ! !

Today, my GoJo cell phone holder arrived. . . it worked until I called everyone into my office to show them my latest find. . . Once everyone was there I gave a demo and "SNAP" the doggone thing broke!

Luckily it has a "LIFETIME" warranty and for a shipping and processing fee that is nearly double the cost of the "Hilltooth Hook-up", I can get it replaced.

If anyone knows of a 12 step course that can cure me. . . please advise!!!

I have dealt with this addiction for nearly 20 years now. . . . hmmmmmm. . . . maybe there's an "As Seen On TV" cure that someone knows of. . . Now that would be AWESOME!!!!!

Let's drink!!!

My INFI decoder ring is glowing...

This message is far too cryptic to be taken at face value.

Methinks the boss is clandestinely dropping a hint about HIS knives that have been seen on TV becoming available at some time in the near future, as has the Team Gemini.

OR...

Maybe a new knife is soon to debut on TV???? Does "12 Step" mean 12 inches??? Basic 12 perhaps???

I don't know... But Jerry's random postings generally aren't so random. Then again, I may just be completely nuts. :D

I'll be working on this puzzle...

The first step of recovery is... don't drink and shop!!!
I literally woke up one day with my father holding his head in one hand, and pointing at me with the other, as 8 brand-new dells were being delivered...overnight of course, telling me those EXACT words...(he wanted to start a business)

My name is Beau, and I am a (insert word here)-aholic

think you just need to take a nap... a snazzy nap!

Hmm... after kdstrick's post I did some random searching for fun:

There is a tv show called Snapped where crazy women kill people on Oxygen network.

Lifetime network has some new shows premiering this week... Army Wives and Coming Home.

Might be some good shows to have a new knife in. I like the basic 12 idea... or a 12" Ergo Zilla.

Hilltooth Hook-up doesn't add up, so HH could be a Heavy Heart.

Almost 20 years for a 20th anniversary knife? When did the Steel Heart design begin? 20th anniversary NMHHFSH?

Or the Boss was just drinking early.
