I did it! First hair-poppin'! :)

Okay, so I only sharpened the front half-inch of my Spyderco Harpy (didn't want/need to tackle the serrations yet!). But thanks to pointers from several of the regulars here, especially the "trick" of a little black magic-marker on the edge to make sure I was keeping a decent angle, I touched up where the edge folded over on me, and got it hair-poppin' sharp again.

Well it has been a few years, but I still remember the first time I sharpened a knife well. It was a breakthrough for me too, but I am still learning.
