Love the guard area and pointier blade but your knife is quite breath taking!

And Raindrop, your well designed custom certainly suits your namesake, that colour and graphic is very unique! Love em...

Gary,

Thanks for the kind words. Sorry I didn't know you were looking that hard at the Inlaid Classic. I have an "extra" S30V Bloodwood Inlaid Large Classic sitting around. That is a beauty though:p

Raindrop, I'll get some better pix. Just wanted to get a quicky with my Olympus digital. I'll whip out my Nikon SLR for some other shots.

Gary, thanks for the kudos. That's a sweet lookin' 'Benza you got yourself. I hear that the wood inlays really fill out the handles and feels great in your hand.

Raindrop,
Wow! You casually mention you picked up a used Umfaan to carry. And show us a pic of a colored circles! Not just colored (blue), the multiple colors. Wow. A beautiful knife. That one could be a daily carry for the rest of your life! Congratulation and thanks for sharing the picture.

I have to agree that is a beautiful knife. I had a "Calvary" at one time that I eventually ended up selling when Lisa completed my custom "Raindrop" Graphic.

I really liked the way the front and the custom lock bar silver contrast thunderstorm graphic came out but I just couldn't bring myself to "use" it for things like cutting open boxes, etc. Not so much concerned about the blade so much as the graphic picking up a big scratch. I do carry some Unique Graphics as part of my EDC rotation of Sebenzas and if my dressy Graphic was my only large I guess I would break down and really use it. Maybe the solution is to carry a second knife along to use for beater tasks ;) I just got a P.P. Umfaan to go with the Sebenza for exactly that reason.

Sorry for the thread necromancy, but I've never seen the rain cloud pattern added to a night sky sebenza. Wow! I wonder if they would still do this? With a raindrop Damascus blade
