Nope. But I did get an e-mail confirming the purchase. But nothing as of yet on it being shipped.
 
Same here. Got email order confirmation and receipt but nothing about delivery yet.

I have a feeling they are going to write up a letter saying there is an error in their system and saying they need people to reorder the stuff they ordered
 
It'll be the first and last time I order from them.

Imagine all the bad foruming publicity they'd get.

Maybe someone should point this out to them.
 
Thye probably have a lawyer looking at the legalities, and at their "Public Statement". Just because they post a message a saying "Prices subject to change without notice" doesn't necessarily mean it's 100% legally binding.

*edit; Where they have been squeezed in the gonads, is that they accepted the orders and took billing. That may very well constitute " a contract" ? If so , they are screwed, blued and tattooed. Not sure though , it may depend on their state.
Did anyone get any kind of order confirmation? If so, they might be stuck like ducks.

If they send any letter, or Email, consider it a bluff, and stand your ground.

Also, watch for a "switcheroo" play , a retailer will say:
"We cannot give you what you ordered at that price, but we will extend a deep discount on item-X in exchange."

That's when you know the Weasel-Works valve has been turned on.

They may even try the "Outta stock indefinately" routine.

I've found knife company's very willing to give a little when faced with forum negativity. I've now e-mailed and left a phone message with them.
 
Hey great, I was just going to say someone needs to call and say "I have not received an e-mail that it shipped or the tracking number". Gee, you mean to say no one answered the phone? Wow, we may have forced them to close the doors and go out of business.
 
Bladehaus just contacted me and they WILL NOT BE SHIPPING ANY OF THESE KNIVES! They also said they have not charged anyone's account. I checked my own bank, and they were correct in my case.

Too good to be true = false I guess.

Guys, it is stealing really (it was there mistake, true, but its on par with ripping off an old lady for her ex husbands rifle collection or something)
If it dosen't come I wouldn't hold it against the company.
If people ordered maybe 1 each, they might have sent them out, but people were ordering 10 at a time, thats just greedy.
 
just for shipping, I ordered "One" and it was listed as a "Pending" charge in my account, now it's gone, they must have cleared/removed the automated charging.

Exactly my point. I assumed it was a promotion of some kind and in good faith I paid the shipping costs. Now I am not a laywer but I always understood that to be a good faith contract.

I am in the same boat, and my charge card was billed. Maybe they will be crediting my charge card in the near future, maybe?

As long as I'm not out anything, I won't be upset in the end, but I'll be pissed if they don't credit my MC and I don't get anything.
