Thye probably have a lawyer looking at the legalities, and at their "Public Statement". Just because they post a message a saying "Prices subject to change without notice" doesn't necessarily mean it's 100% legally binding.
*edit; Where they have been squeezed in the gonads, is that they accepted the orders and took billing. That may very well constitute " a contract" ? If so , they are screwed, blued and tattooed. Not sure though , it may depend on their state.
Did anyone get any kind of order confirmation? If so, they might be stuck like ducks.
If they send any letter, or Email, consider it a bluff, and stand your ground.
Also, watch for a "switcheroo" play , a retailer will say:
"We cannot give you what you ordered at that price, but we will extend a deep discount on item-X in exchange."
That's when you know the Weasel-Works valve has been turned on.
They may even try the "Outta stock indefinately" routine.
