But I ordered one anyway. Already have a Caly 3 and it's pretty much identical but for some reason those orange scales look really cool. I'm thinking of getting the green scale version also.

One thing I love about the ukpk/caly 3 is the wire clip. It is discrete and the knife practically disappears in the pocket. I wish every Spyderco knife had a wire clip option. In fact i wish my Sebenza had the wire clip.
 
I'm in the reverse situation. I don't need a Caly3 but want one because I have the green UKPK. I think we are stuck either way:)
 
They are both great. I have a green UKPK, and a CF caly 3. They both get a lot of pocket time around the office along with my Mnandi because they all carry so discretely.
 
I've been thinking of getting a UK, just for the notched joint. Myself, I really love the metal clip. The wire one doesn't (imo) over as many carrying options as say, the Tenacious.
 
I have both, Caly3 and UKPK

The UKPK gets more pocket time, it's my work horse now

I use the UKPK more because it's lighter and I am lazy and dont want a lock all the time.

Sold ny Caly 3 but still have the orange UKPK.After EDCing it for a week or so I like it much better.
