I don't understand the s110v PM2. Hear me out.

I couldnt get loctite to stick and keep from loosening up too much after flicking 50 times. Its currently sitting for the whole week because I don't want to risk using with loctite uncured.
As many have said cleaning the surfaces to be loctited is important, there is a "prep" solution you can buy (carburetor cleaner or brake cleaner will do as well).

hahahahaha . . . you realize that loctite is an anaerobic adhesive right ?
That means it hardens in the absence of oxygen. Rather than leave it a week you would have better results in a day if you put it in one of those vacuum pack bags and draw a vacuum on it. ;)

Anaerobic adhesives are single component, solvent-free adhesives that cure in the absence of air and in the presence with metal ions. Anaerobic adhesivesstay liquid until isolated from oxygen in the presence of metal ions, such as iron or steel.
