I never thought of it that way, Craig. To think that most of us take freon for granted! :eek:
 
I am absolutely the biggest heat wuss on the planet. If we didn't have a/c I would move to North Dakota. I think you guys in FL and St Louis have it worse than Iowa, but not by much. From July through September I just go from the house to the car to the office to the car to the house; to hell with the lawn! My shop is in our (central a/c) basement and I still run fans. There is no freakin way I'd live without air conditioning. What is civilization for, anyway? Bikinis are good, but a/c and Glenfiddich are the building blocks for civilized life. Glad to see you joined the 20th century Jeff, even if you're a few decades late! :D

BAH! I lament the fact I have to rely on these things that werent even in existance a hundred years ago (except the scotch). Anyone ever get the feeling they would be better off if ther were born in a different century? :)
 
MAn.... Yesterday at 5 o'clock my temp was 110 in the shop......
Glad I have the ac on a timer so its nice and cool when I get home !!! :thumbup:
