I Finally Found A SS Handled PE Native!

Hey, fellyjr, I finally found a Spyderco C41P, SS handled Native II with AUS-10 PE blade! You made me jealous the other day when you said you just received one. Of all my knives, the Native model is my favorite of all, even compared to my "other" expensice brands/models. I searched eBay almost on a daily basis as well as the various "For Sale/Trade" threads on various forums including here. I was up late last night and found a knife shop online that I had not visited before and low and behold they had one listed for sale. I called them up this morning to verify that it was indeed a SS handled Native with the PE blade and that they actually had one on hand. Well, I got the last one and it's one the way! My first Spyderco was a Native III with the VG-10 blade and it immediately became my favorite knife of all. I have since purchased 10 more Spyderco models as well as some other brands & models since but I keep coming back to the Native. Hell, I'm thinking of heading down to Wallyworld and picking up and S30V blade model because I don't have one of those yet! I think I've started something here.

Great find and score!! I bought the last one from Country Knives and it took me a while to finally pull the trigger on it. I gave $100 for it and figured it was well worth it considering how many others I've seen for sale, which is zero!

fellyjr, I found this one at BladeArt. You can't order online, you have to call in your order. This was fine with me as I was able to verify that it was the model I was looking for and that they actually had it. I got the last one. I had seen them on eBay but they were mistakenly listed, i.e., they were PS blades and the seller didn't know what they were selling (they still haven't changed the item description). Feels good to finally get my hands on something that has taken me so long to find. I'm looking forward to receiving it.
