I finally get it.

Congratz, there is no turning back now ;) You're caught in the spyders web! It'll just keep restricting your funds with each purchase.
Oh and the pocket clips are T6
Body/Stand off Screws a T8 seems to fit fine
The pivot is a T10

Hey Swoop... you use T8 on your body/stand offs? Mine are T9... what model year is your Para2? Wonder if they changed the torx size on the body/standoffs over time?

Mine are T8 and T10 at the pivot. Some manufacturers seem to have variances between their drivers and others because I've seen this happen with other knives as well. I'll go online and everyone will say it uses T8 and mine will use T9. Other times it's the other way around.

Idk about a year or anything, I bought it last year when they came back in stock for 10 seconds so early 2012?
Anyways a T8 is kinda loose but tight enough not to strip it when if I crank down on it. My T9 doesn't fit at all. I have a set of Craftsman Torx Drivers. They're like a regular screwdriver not a bit set. It seems like I need an 8.5 for a perfect fit. I do know that they can vary from company to company.

I just have the el-cheapo Husky torx driver from Home Depot ($5)... maybe that's explains the variance. :)

My Para2 is the first knife I've ever wanted to "make mine". I'm switching the clip, adding a lanyard and just generally thinking about other ways to pimp it. I'm really pleased with my purchase and I imagine that the Para2 will be my EDC until the Para3 comes out! Spyderco 4 Life!
