I met this guy in a Facebook page for knife makers and collectors. At first glance, i was unimpressed by his designs, but I talked with him for a little while and realized that he just had no real idea what people in the US were looking for. He is in Pakistan, and has been making knives for his entire adult life. He does custom hardness, handle material, blade shape, grinds... basically he will do absolutely anything you can imagine, as long as he has access to the steel you want. His prices are astonishingly low... my kukri including a leather sheath will only be $120 including shipping
I gave him a few ideas, and he came up with the knives below. I'm having him make me a custom damascus skinner from 1095/15n20 damascus with come very interesting grinds and file work. I'm getting 2 different colors of horn handle material too. I'll be posting it up when I get it.
Here are some of the newer designs.
