I give up

Hey Guys...

I don't think it's as easy as customs filling a void,,or something that is going to satisfy you more...

Your either a knife knutt or you aren't...

If you've spent more than $50.00 on a knife more than twice,, your a knife knutt,, stop buying knives isn't going to solve your addiction.... It's in your blood,,and as long as isn't harming you or your families financial situation (This is debatable depending on who you talk to) it shouldn't matter...

I don't think it is anything like a gambling addiction,,or a drug addiction where the money is wasted.. sure it's still money out of your pocket,,but in some ways it can become a little nest egg as well...

I'm for sure heavily addicted to knives (Not even sure how many I have) however for me, I've managed to camouflage the addiction nicely with a business..:) Not sure I could pull it off without the cover of a business..It's for sure a heavy outlay of money.. In my particular case I explain it this way...

Knives for my business are tools.. The Exact same way that a mechanic has thousands of dollars,,even tens of thousands of dollars wrapped up into wrenches, ratchets and diognotic gear... It just so happens that I love the particular tools I obtain, and use them away from my work...My wife still hasn't warmed up to this convenient explanation,,but it's at least 90% true..:)

I say,,If you can't justify it,,,you haven't thought about it long enough! :)

Enjoy your addiction if it makes you happy.. If your bored with it,,do something else for awhile..you'll always come back to knives if you are a true knife knutt...Life is short have fun..

ttyle

Eric....
