Wow! That's alot of beautiful knives! The Walter Randolph is next levelHonestly probably getting on AZCK, Recon1, or another dealer of used high-end knives, filtering from $1500-$2000, sorting from highest price to lowest, and picking something I like. I don't normally shop in that realm because I've only ever spent that much once and am not likely to do it on a regular basis in the foreseeable future.
The first thing that came to mind was a Shirogorov Kami, no idea what those are bringing these days. If I came across a micarta Cheka 3.3 Shamwari while under those constraints I'd probably try to pick that up but I'm not sure I'd hold out for it. Same goes for a Richard Rogers Q. Maybe a Rassenti Nirvana or Paysan. Maybe the right fancy vintage Sebenza. Can you find a skeletonized Oz Roosevelt for $2k or less? If so I'd be tempted by that.
Just for fun I did my AZCK search, the first thing that caught my eye was a Peter Carey Cure. Did the same on Recon1 and I would probably skip the Carey and be contemplating between a Walter Randolph Typhos or a David Mosier GSD. They also have a pretty nice Kevin Foster Angler.
Dang....I can't stop thinking about it.Rockstead Higo 2 with Dark Matter Gold scales.
With 2k, the Dr Death or TNT designs are the ones I would go after. The Timascus and Stellite 6K Framelock reminds me of my Slim. Hell, that thing costs more than my Slim!
Legit!
I've been creepin on the site but don't have enough yolo in me to pull the trigger.......yetNot sure two grand is enough for certain blades on the CPK secondary market.![]()
Yeah that's really niceMick Strider Custom
WOW!!! You lucky sonofagun! I'm still in the "$5,000" for a knife is insane category. A couple years ago I was in a $500 for a knife is insane category lol, I guess as your collection grows so does your taste. I desperately want a Borka Stitch Auto with Rockstar polished DLC blade in Carbon Fiber but that thing is $6,000![]()
I'm taking a significant markup on one of the blades on my site, and buying it!![]()
Gonna need about double the $, but I'd take a Bob Loveless semi-skinner, please.
