I got me a Case Stockman

Great knife. I've got a 1st run Long tail C Stockman and love it. I haven't used it nearly as much as I would like to, but it feels great in hand.
 
The pix were excellent! As fine as the beer that comes from your country and from next door in Slovakia too...

If you are not keen on Bone or Stag (each to his own) why not try a Yellow Handled CASE next time? Stockman, Peanut and Slimline Trapper all look well in yellow in my view.
 
That knife is beautiful. Those brass liners?

I mean no offence to Case but I didn't think they still made really good slippies. I thought the quality was going downhill (well that was about a year or so ago reading this forum). Case looks like they've stepped things back up again.

Hey David,
Give Case a try! I think you would probably like them. I have been able to hand pick all of mine from local hardware stores. I think they make one of the best ol' time pocket knives available. I have carried Case knives for over thirty years, nowadays I carry a single blade trapper or a Moore Maker. Go look around your local hardware stores they probably have a few you could check out! Good Luck!!!!!
 
I am not a fan of wood handle slippies but that is one nice looking Knife:thumbup:
