Yes. This is what I use for all my knives, and IME it sharpens up an SAK blade really quickly and easily.
I had a couple SAKs (a Recruit and one other) where the main blade's tip actually contacted the inside of the handle when closing. It caused a slight wire edge at and near the tip. It happens less over time as the blade is resharpened and metal is removed. I haven't had that issue with any others.
