Dear Tom,

You know, "BAKER" is the World's Second Oldest Profession"! That is where the saying, "Man cannot live by bread alone." came from.

From the pictures, it would seem that you have mastered a trade that is one of the most necessary on the planet.

That, and your choice of edged tools, makes you a very special person.

Aside from me envying your baking talents, by the second pic i was expecting a big'ole blade to come to help carve up the bread. ha

I always feel like your career has to be much more rewarding than mine. After all, everyone is happy to be in your shop. They are coming to you to buy tasty enjoyable product!

Quite frequently, my clients don't want to hear what I am telling them, and are not happy with me at all.
