I Had No Choice Other Than To Purchase The Sheepdog

I love the dog pictures [ I've got a Rottweiler ] I also like the pawprint handle knife. I don't know the make but it looks expensive. I'm ambivalent about Emerson knives though, I was cutting some bamboo with my CQC 11 and the lock failed resulting in a very deep cut in my index finger requiring several stitches. I disassembled the knife and threw the parts away. The incident makes me appreciate the Tri-ad lock on my Cold Steel knives even more.

More dog/knife photos, to keep the thread in GKD :)

The two blue and brendel dogs on the beach in post #9 are Cane Corsos / Sicilian Mastiffs. Everybody who has seen Game of Thrones or the last King Arthur movie knows the breed. Our first Cane was Wotan, who left us when he was almost 13, quite old for a mastiff .... we got him when the breed was not yet recognized in the US. Original breed stock, 140 pounds, very agile, deep voice, affectionate, loyal and disciplined in the family environment, but very protective outside of it ....

So I was thinking which knife to map to him; I didn't have any modern knives back then, so considering my current ones .... I think my Urgent Fury works, which also happens to be my largest knife :)
