I have 300-400 to spend on a folder what do i get?

Since the Sebenza has already been mentioned :D , I'll suggest a Victorinox SAK with wood saw. The Huntsman, Camper, Hiker, and Farmer are all good models for your requirements.

Buy a good 150 folder, and send the rest of the money to me for safekeeping ;).

What are you going to be using it for? EDC? Trail? Fishing? Hunting? Camping? Also, you don't wanna lose that 400 folder in the middle of nowhere.
