, I'll suggest a Victorinox SAK with wood saw. The Huntsman, Camper, Hiker, and Farmer are all good models for your requirements.

What are you going to be using it for? EDC? Trail? Fishing? Hunting? Camping? Also, you don't wanna lose that 400 folder in the middle of nowhere.

I wouldn't disagree with anyone's suggestions so far, but you might also look at the Blade-Tech Wegner Lite. See it here:
