I have a folding knife that needs a new handle.

It's a ti handled folding knife by Reese Weiland and it desperately needs a new handle because the handle scales are impossibly thin and the knife doesn't even lock up properly. I love the blade itself and it's razor sharp but it just needs a new handle.

Would there be anyone willing to do this? Thanks.
