i have a hay-budden anvil what year was it made?

i bought a hay-budden anvil, it was made in brooklyn, NY it has numbers on the foot
# 113064 it also has the numbers 136 on the waist. im guessing the 136 is the weight in lbs and the anvil is too light to be in English weight. it also has 2 pritchel holes. can some one help tell me what year it was made and why it has 2 pritchel holes
