you guys are aweseom with your information. I just went and checked ebay for those other brands and they are priced pretty good. I will wait for my next paycheck and maybe get one.

I will have to wait to get a membership for the pirate's cove because i want to buy another knife first.
 
UNFORTUNATLEY yes....but I really wish they'd make exceptions for experienced knife owners like yourself. People like you belong over there, its just that simple. Maybe if you talk to Cougar he could help out?
 
this place is kind of better than my yahoo chat rooms the people like the same stuff as me here. Why do you guys talk about trolls so much? I liked the Lord of the Rings, but it was pretty fake too.

Trolls? Oh you mean like those ones that live under bridges? Its cuz we fight them so often on WOW(World of Warcraft) we like to make sure whose on our side if you know what I mean. ;)

This is too much fun to stop.I didn't say I don't like surgical steel.All my SAKs are made from it.I prefer carbon steel like O1 or 1095.For stainless I like VG10 and S30v.
 
In case you're not joking "Surgical Steel" is what cheap knife shaped object manufacturers put on a knife shaped object that they are embarrassed of putting the real steel name on. Rostfrei (Rust Free/Stainless) is basically in the same boat. Hang out for a while here and you'll figure out what's what in the knife world.
