Took my waved Endura and my white frn Endura and made one super knife.

I present to you, the Waved White frn Endura! :D

I apologize for the shitty cell pics. The light sucks in here.

My next plan is to take my now rather plain blue handled Endura (which donated it's waved blade for this) and send it to
Mr. Tom Krein for some drastic plastic surgery. She should come back slimmer and bursting with confidence!

Even I could see that............:D

Great job with the knife buddy............

Thanks, man.

I love the result, but it was a pain in the ass to convert as i got EVERYTHING taken apart nice and easy....AND THEN THE LOCKBAR TORX SCREW STRIPPED on the white handle. I had to drill it out and my donor Endura had to sacrifice not only its waved blade but now also its torx screw.

Gotta wait to get one freakin little torx screw and stud before i can put my other Endura back together to send out to Mr. Krein. :(

I hate to say this BUT.............

Gah....i know.

I just really don't feel like spending $20 for one little screw and stud. :grumpy:

I more than agree with that BUT we have limited choices IF we want branded product.

There is an opportunity for an AfterMarket company to serve the community here unless Sal Glesser wants to consider doing something different, small packs of Torx screws, washers and backspacers coming easily to mind.

I'd happily buy a few just to give me the option of repairing a Spydie myself not least because I live so far away from the U.S.A.

However, I can also see there being a concern that people would mess around too much and then possibly cause Guarantee/Warranty concerns in the future.

Weighing both up, I'd still like to see small packs of the common use-&-lose bits............(hint Mr Glesser! :))

Crap, those pics are big. :embarassed:
Lucien, your pictures are on Photobucket.

Go to Edit and choose one of the smaller sizes. Once you do that and save them over the originals, your pictures here should resize also.

Oh, i know how to re-size them.

I'm just lazy enough to figure they're fine the way they are until/unless someone voices a complaint.

Besides, the more detail/upclose you can see that beauty of a knife, the better, right?
:)

Sure ... even if some of that detail is off the edge ... but the problem isn't the picture, it's the text. I don't bother playing pingpong with text on a post with big pictures. :)

(Check out your first post now.)

That is cool. . . I thought that pink would be a cool choice as well. After all, who is afraid of a pink(white) handled knife?

Damn that looks awesome...now if only I hadnt stripped that freakin' screw head on my white Endura..

pm me your address and what part you need i have 2 enduras that are part knives ill send it out to ya.
