Baby wipes are the way forward! Personally tested on blood beer and vomit. Also seems to remove stains from painted walls.

Leaves the micarta looking factory fresh. Huck knows how it doesn't dissolve my kids arse though!

Lol! Good to know, I've got a good supply currently and the near future for my kiddo and one baking in the oven. Good stuff

Lol......nice thread fellas.
Ive got mine raised past the baby wipes.
.....but I still know where to get em ;)

Thanks, i got a Costco size Box of those, will deffinately give it a try,
It doesnt leave the handle Greasy or Lotiony ?

Wouldnt a Busse die of embarrassment if you did that?

I clean my Busses by using them more!

I like to give them a quick spray down with brake cleaner. I like how it dries up black canvas and gives it that greenish color.

I may have had to improvise after a night of heavy drinking and sleeping in a very small tent with my busse... I'm just glad the vomit missed my helmet.

I use a little Windex on a rag.. it works awesome because its made to dry quick and it removes oils great making the micarta texture come right back like it was new!
works great on satin infi to... followed by a light coat of wd40.. :D

I just borrow the Dawn dish washing soap and a pot scrubbing pad from the wife; just takes a gentle scrub and a few minutes to remove all traces of grease and oil, restores micarta like new.

That doesn't look OD green, looks more like urban gray digicam.
Looks good together though. Nice match.

I think too much sun washed out the color in the pic. Maybe more of a sage green? It's their ACU Universal camo.

Little OFF TOPIC, but baby wipes will also remove minor scratches on the fenders of your cars. If those fenders are made of plastic!

My girlfriend had a small 'incident' with a rock, and it took those scratches away.

Dawn dish soap, bleach alternative if you're feeling frisky.
Mr. Clean magic erasers, or the el cheapo equivalent work quite well too.
