I have been looking for a wallet for some time, and decided to go with the Spec Ops Jr. Found one on eBay, and bought it, without reading that the company only takes Paypal. I don't use Paypal anymore, and found myself in a quandary. They had clearly stated in their rules that they only take Paypal. I was sunk. Do I open up my PP account and get hacked again, or do I plead with them to take a money order. Well, I pleaded for them to take a money order, or my credit card over the phone. I was told no on the money order, they only accept them in extreme circumstances, and I asked if I could pay over the phone.
Well, I got an email from the owner of the store, and he said he would gladly accept payment by money order from me, and the guy was extremely courteous. I was apologetic about not reading the auction in full, and promptly sent off payment. The wallet came in over the holiday weekend, and I was very pleased with both the product and the service.
Now, granted, this was an exception that the owner didn't have to make, I wouldn't ask this of them again, but if they decided to accept MO's, I will definitely be back. I believe that their eBay ID is sigarms, but you should be able to just Google it.
Super service, great product, even a great price (Spec Ops jr for $28!).
