Ow damn that one looks deep, hope you heal up quick. Probably lose some feeling in that one. Both of my index's are that way. Generally if a knife ever bites me like that I figure it's cursed and throw the thing away.

Well I'd say that needed stitches to reduce scarring.

You were at a Korean place you should have just wrapped it real tight in Kimchi and kept on going. That stuff would have soaked up the blood till it stopped bleeding and disenfected it at the same time.

oh wow!! good thing you got that sewn up, hopefully it doesn't have too much scar tissue later. Isn't it weird feeling your flesh separate like that? My finger that I cut real deep like that is kinda weird now. I have weird daydreams/images where my finger is falling off sometimes.

ouch!! I remember the electric fence feeling. no fun at all!!

Mine is looking pretty good. Half of it realigned quite well and you can barely see the scar, the other half that kinda got infected while healing there is a large chunk of scar tissue and strange numbness... Fortunately that's the top of my finger mostly so I don't bump it too much. When I do though, it gets really mad at me. Its like this stupid button that reminds me how much of an idiot I am.

Nice freaking work!!!!

reminds me of the time I was fooling around with a fixed blade while barefoot. Your cut looks like the top of my big toe!! The knife was so sharp that I never felt a thing and until I looked down I did not think it cut me. Like you I got 5 stitches!!!
