Couple of points... (1) The first rub had something like the following ingredients: ground cayenne pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt, white pepper, black pepper, powdered sage, powdered thyme. I think that's all I used. (2) That's a special oven bag with about a 1/4 cup of water added. Don't try this at home with any old plastic. You'll be tempted to eat the melted plastic and you'll die.
I didn't have time to make BBQ sauce from scratch, but I did jazz up the Jack Daniel's sauce with a little cayenne and some honey. :thumbup:
