I own a variety of brands, although my Spydie collection is the largest. I find that Spyderco's primary bevels tend to be the shallowest, which I think is OK.
Some other brands tend to use much steeper primary bevels, which could prove challenging. My ZT0350 can barely be sharpened on a set of crock sticks set to 25 degrees per side. There's a lot of metal on the 350's blade, which would make reprofiling difficult on the sharp maker.
If the sharp maker only had an additional 50-degree slot, it would make it a much more versatile tool.
I hope a version 2 comes out with more angle choices. If it does, put me down for one
