I just scored, I think

You should ask him what other interesting Bucks he has to sell. A TNT and a very rare 420HC Masters Series. I bet he's got a few more collectables.

Excellent suggestion.

Click on "See Other Items" for a start.

I get the feeling that somebody died to start all this.

:)

The seller has a bunch of Buck's for sale, but nothing that interests me at this point.

After several messages back and forth with the seller, he told me that the 420HC was a typo and it was in fact BG-42. I don't know if I should be happy or sad?

BG-42 is cool, but one in 420HC would have been more of a rarity. Since it'll never be a user while I own it, the steel type isn't a practical matter.

At least your set will match...I believe he has other steel typo's as well...would have been interesting to see a 420hc version though.

BG-42 is getting rare too! I know not for the model but the steel itself! I think you will be very happy with it, congrats!

WooHoo! It finally arrived a few minutes ago. It was a chore getting it to me for the seller, but it finally made it today. It's all I'd hoped for and is indeed, BG-42 as it should be. Four down and one to go to complete my set.

Very nice Vanguard. I like the checkered green Dymondwood scales. Congrats, and good luck with the 119!

Does anyone have a picture of the 119 and does it have BG-42 on the Blade... or just MS on the blade...
All mine are only stamped on one side... ITE ...:thumbup::thumbup:

Thanks JB, for the pics... So does it have BG-42 on the Blade... It's hard to tell from the pics... ITE

So JB, it looks like the Master Series 110, 532 and the 192 has BG-42 stamped on the blade and the 119 and 501 just has MS on the blade...
Is that right... ITE ...
