I just walked in the door....

Great pics, Eric. It was a pleasure finally getting to meet you.

For those of you who haven't met him, the Super Bully almost always has a smile on his face and is as upbeat as they come. I'm beginning to wonder about all the blame he receives.

BTW, those Ratmandus are going to become classics. Just a great all-around blade shape and size.

Just looking at the pic makes me wonder, how does the RatManDu compare to the Desert Jack?

OP,
Great to meet you and your wife. I really enjoyed watching you two together at the HOG Trough, your wife can definitely hold her own against even the oldest HOG's. Congrats on some great knives and I look forward to seeing you again in the future

:D:D

Oh, you will! We're not that easy to get rid of!:D

You know, Diane actually bought MORE knives than I did?? Once you get her shopping instincts going...well, it's pretty frightening!

We both had a great time. Probably the best stress relief we've each had in decades. I think we both actually lost a few wrinkles!

EDIT: About the Ratmandu...listen closely to wise Guyon! They are excellent knives. I bought one...then Diane bought TWO! One will be a (cherished) gift to a family member. A splendid design...

It really is a classic blade shape reminiscent of the K-Bar or Camillus Marine Combat knives. Just a little shorter and a little stouter. Better scales and a finger choil to boot.

I had to have a third.

Eric, Thanks for posting specs. Grabbed a Muddy from the store. Was surprised to see them available already! Thanks.....
