I know how you feel!!

Oh no! I would be going door to door seriously! I mean give them a day and a but I would go around to all my neighbors houses with an order confirmation and I would find my package! At any cost!!!!!

Me too! It was a trade from the exchange here. I have been pretty busy in the trade section lately. I guess it was just my turn!
 
I deal with this all the time. for me i found out its just my post office kicks rocks when it comes to getting mail out. USPS tacking said delivered for 3 day on my burchtree i got before it actually showed up.

This is one of the reasons why I always use signature required for anything shipped or received. Sure, it's a bit of a pain sometimes, but that beats losing the item to some thief.

I found that that doesn't really work out because they often leave the package without your signature anyway.

Ontrac is also pretty frustrating to deal with because, if you're not around, they'll sometimes leave your package with a neighbor.

Most frustrating thing I had to deal with was USPS failing to deliver a package from Brous Blades, so they sent it back over to Brous. I contacted Brous about it, and he told me that he'll send it back out, and it's been four months and I still don't have my knife.

YAY! I'm happy to hear you got it ok.

XiaolongJackson....that is most unfortunate. At least it sounds like you've got a paper trail to prove everything...that will ensure you get your knife or at the very least your money back, right? Four months though...like getting a custom but not a custom :(
 
I do work for the USPS. I am a city carrier, so I walk all day. If you have a box that is hard for me to carry in my bag I will usually drive down after I finish the block and deliver the package. I will admit that 9 times out of 10 I will forget and have to deliver it at the end of the day. I try my best to deliver the mail like I want my mail delivered. If you aren't happy with your mail carrier he/she is NOT doing their job!

So I guess I call my postmaster general about my carrier throwing my mail, including school financial aid checks, into the bushes at the end of our street?
 
Never give up call and keep going I had a Fed X that wasn't delivered on time They assured be be their next day by 7pm Wasn't their I called later and was told delivered at 9PM I told guy wrong answer I was sitting outside waiting at 9 and no package or truck. he told me delivered and hung up.

I got in phone book and located terminal and called Terminal manager and explained the problem . I also described my house 3 motorcycles parked on porch and my 300 ZX and red and black jacked 4X4 in drive. She called back around hour later had talked to driver and had him describe the house he delivered at . He said brick with a car port. She told him to go get my package . He delivered later in afternoon just left on porch and drove off didn't even knock..

I live in country and UPS used to leave my packages at a country store 10 miles from my house. He dropped their because knew my daughter worked their part time. He would show delivered. Even if my daughter wasn't working . I called and reported him Now all packages at my house and he even blows horn as he knows I track.
 
No, call the postal inspectors. I've seen carriers "escorted" off the workroom floor in cuffs for tossing the sale adds.
 
Had this happen with a software upgrade I purchased for my wife over christmas.

2(two) weeks to the day it claimed delivery it mysteriously showed up on my door step.

Hope yours turns out similar.
