where's everyone staying at in Vegas? I confirmed my reservation at Harrahs yesterday which looks like it's pretty close to the SHOT venue. Has anyone stayed there before? is it decent?
 
Anyone know any tricks to get in as Gen public? I never knew so many of you WORK IN THE TRADE, which come to think of it is pretty damn vague, concidering there are so many applications of knives and gear, so which industry would get me in?

Hooters or Dave and Busters. As much as I like Hooters I think are chances of getting one big table are %1000 better at Dave and Busters.

OK. Lets start talking about this again. It's getting close to time for me to make some arrangements for whereever we go. I was looking into the Dave & Busters thing. That sounded good, but the closest one I could find to the Galleria/RW hotel is 8 miles away. I don't know if that's too far for some people. I was thinking we could all meet whereever at about 7PM unless someone needs it to be a little later. So what do you guys think? Let's start getting some ideas going again. GO!

We have a suburban. We can cram 8 + ppl in our truck to go where ever we need to go. Provided someone (*ahem* the mr) doesn't mind being a DD.
 
I am game for wherever. Last year I took the hotel van to the meet up and caught a ride back with somebody. I do not know if they have a mileage limit. I am cool with anywhere as long as they serve cold beer. :D

Ok. I'll check with D&B and see what the SOP is for getting a private room/tables.
