I like Orange.....

I recently got a orange non flipper myself. I just picked it up because it was cheap, but I must admit, I actually think that I like it better than my flipper models. I almost didn't get it just because it was a non flipper, but now that I have it, I think I really do prefer the non flippers. The flipper is an awesome feature to have, very fun to play with especially, but you can't lay the blade flat on a surface for some good mid-blade slicing action. With the non flipper, you can easily lay the whole blade flat down and start slicing and dicing away. I'm still definitely gonna keep my Flipper, and probably acquire more in the near future, but as of now, it's the non flipper version that is hanging around in my right pocket on a daily basis. Just one man's current preference.
 
That is exactly why I got a non-flipper myself. I don't like the flipper tab projecting down below the edge of the blade. Frankly I'm rather surprised at how popular the flippers are as we seem to be in the minority.
