I Like Slim Knives and I Cannot Lie

Brad Zinker makes some thin blades.

I think I used to own that Zinker, it was a superb apple slicer...I kinda miss it.

Actually I spec’d the knife, and it was a one off. I ordered it a Blade Show, and it was delivered a year later at the next Blade Show.

Could be...I purchased it from ShadyMethods in 2018. I'm certainly not the first owner, but, likely the last.

No Spydercos ?

This is the thinnest knife I have. Incredible cutter:

The Yojumbo is in it's separate class due to hollow grind:

These are pretty good, too. The Police in particular. And the Raven - while having a strong handle, has a similar blade:

And if you think Hinderers are fat, try a Skinny. Very good cutters.

Best slicer ever. Very thin blade, steep full flat grind. I added a secondary bevel at 20° (if memory serves) and this knife has been flying through kitchen duties for weeks. Over two years of service with two or three honing sessions... That's O1 for you. Directly to you by Stefan Strömberg on Knife Makers Market :
