I'd go with Murray Carter. One of the only North American bladesmiths that are hand forging laminated blades with Hitachi Blue Super or White Steel #1, and the only bladesmith in America with 18 years experience forging knives in Japan learning traditional techniques that have been around for centuries. His knives will do anything that you need in a knife.

Love the blade shape on that one. :o

The CRKT Bear Claw is a decent hawkbill neck knife, and the Böker Escape Knife is a thin and light but useful little fixed blade. Carries great in your left pocket.

A couple that I like are the Graham Razel and the Dozier Arkansas Toothpick.
I also like the Bud Nealy Pesh Kabz but I haven't been carrying it recently.

"Arkansas Toothpick" - I haven't heard of that since watching Sam Elliott dry-shave a man in The Sacketts. Great scene, great series. Sorry for the non sequitur. Seemed like a good way to break my forum cherry - been ghosting the site for a while. Its a great community.

I was thinking about the CRKT bear claw in a shoulder holster, but the sheath looks bulky? But I may just go with another BK-11 in a shoulder holster.

Burt foster dark side
Murray carter neck knife
Swamp rat swamp warden
Snody menace
Seamus knives Jackson
Matt lamey Eco knife
Just a few off the top of my head

I juste got into traditionnal swedish bushcraft knives. I look forward to get more info on these.

You previously posted

What other EDC fixed blades are out there that you guys think may catch my uses as a EDC fixed blade

So your just going to go with a BK-11 in a shoulder rig?? That's an odd edc choice but: Rock on Glockman!

What about the A.G. Russell Woodswalker? IIRC it was designed just for that purpose.
