Hahaha!!! Not what you dirty old men thought...there are some pics I snapped today while on a botany lab. Basically, our school owns a good portion of the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve for the Golden-Cheeked Warbler

I loved college too. The classes I got a chance to take were so interesting.

But lets face it...why did we realllllyy go?

Yup...I ain't gonna lie...I see plenty of great scenery around here, but I came to college to lear....nevermind...can't say it with a straight face...:D

Dr. Meissner's got some interesting scars on his hands. There's a story behind every one, I'm sure.

Grew up as a Central TX farm boy, I'm sure there are a ton of stories...he always has great ones in class. I used to hate science, but I am almost to the point of adding an environmental science minor to my degree plan because of him...

That about sums it up right there... CMU is too up tight for things like that :grumpy:

Luckily, just walking through the city you see enough girls from Pitt, Duquesne, etc.

Anyways lol...back on topic. What's your major now? I'm seriously thinking about forestry engineering or something along those lines, which is completely different from the medical field i'm currently involved in.

I am actually a religious education major concentrating on outdoor ministry (church camps, etc.)

I hear the golden-cheeked warblers taste kinda like a spotted owl... ;)

better fried... :D

Oh...I will be posting a ton of pics when we get back from Canyon Lake...unfortunately that isn't until April...sigh
