Hey everybody, Zach here. I just wanted to let you in on my wonderful experience with CRKT's Customer Service. I bought a cheaper Ripple, and out of curiosity took it apart. When I did I lost some of the bearings. (Completely my fault!) So, I contacted CRKT about where to buy them and they so kindly said they would send me some, free of charge! I would NEVER have expected this, especially in a $40 knife! I will definitely buy some more of their models!
