I know you werent asking me but i liked the different choil area lot. I like being able to choke up on a knife and my finger meet the edge. Thats also why i like full finger choils on smaller knives.

What do you think of the RS?

.... due to work/time constraints (and having to wine and dine a new ASH in the family etc ) I have only had a cursory play with that one, sat and stropped it a little (yes that is like petting a knife you perverts) and must say that it is growing on me quickly. The RS is a favourite of mine anyway and this one makes for a great LIGHTER variation (though I have to weight them side by side). I can't quite yet put my finger on what it is but there is something just right about it.
