I love Oregon

Oregon is pretty sweet! Not jazzed about our current weather though. Being a bike racer in this state is difficult for the next 5 months. Better for riding than where I am from in Montana though!

I love handing my Benchmades to a human (the super-hot redhead from Missoula), and getting them back in a week or so... FOR FREE! Oh, and supremely liberal knife laws.

One of the best states for laws by far. Maybe that's why a lot of good companies are here, I dunno?

I definitely recommend having your Benchmade handled by a hot redhead at least once in your life.

Your killin me! I was relocated to Wisconsin 2 years ago from Southern Oregon. I was there 25 years. AAAAAHHH! I wanna go back!!!

I'll vouch for Flygrain after seeing some of his engraving skills! You are more than welcome back. :) I'm born and raised on the coast of Oregon in Coos Bay & lived in Eugene for a couple years after I got out of the service. I spent a few years away while I was in the Army and I couldn't wait to come back as soon as I got out! I joined because I wanted to get out of here but didn't realize what I had until I was stuck in the Midwest for a while, Kansas yuck :).

Don't leave out Jim Allen of Three Sisters Forge in Bend, Oregon. Wonderful knife-maker. ...and a great guy.

Here's one of my Three Sisters Forge Beasts in M390 centered between large and small Sebenza.

Well I dunno Flygrain, we might take you back. Were you relocated voluntarily or was it involuntary. I'll send you an application for consideration....if you bring some cheese back with you that would help your chances.

Haha! Theres good cheese here but I still prefer Tillamook and Bandon :) The move was involuntary. Work

Bandon is about 25 min or so from me and I grew up on that cheese. Tillamook bought them out and closed then tore the factory down then just used the Bandon Cheese Factory label to put their Tillamook cheese in which really rubbed the locals around here the wrong way as you can imagine. The city of Bandon was finally able to buy the land back and now there is a new cheese factory built on the same site that was just opened this year called Face Rock Creamery. :)

Apologies for not including Jim on our list of wonderful Oregon knife makers. I am sure there are even more but, Three Sisters Forge in Bend. Check him out. Some of the best customs I have ever seen anywhere.
