Let me just say, I think that we have one of the best forums on this site as far as participation goes. You can ask a question on here and within minutes you'll have an overwelming amount of answers and opinions.

I posted a question in another forum here at about 3PM, I won't say which one, and haven't heard a damn thing back yet. Only like 14 views and no responses. Granted my question was pretty specific as to the product I was interested in, but still, NOTHING after almost 3 hours? That's just crazy to me.

You can ask the most specific question known to RAT Cutlery in here and in no time, even if no one knows the answer, they'll speculate and try their best to come up with some sort of response.

In conclusion, thank you RAT forumites. You guys are always here and always willing to chime in. This place is an information powerhouse. Might not always be GOOD info or the most well thought out response in the world, but at least we try!

I agree. We have the best bunch of survival nuts of any forum. Common sense people too.

Do uncontrollable twitches, hallucinations and talking to myself make a normal RAT forum member? I feel at home no matter what you guys think. Enough about me and at least half of you that won't admit it. There is a wealth of knowledge on this forum and I am glad to be a part.

I don't know guys, I think a lot of the advice regarding throwing RAT blades has been kind of lackluster :grumpy:

:D

This really is the best forum in my eyes on bladeforums. There really are some great people here and it's great to see that a knife company can bring people together.

Everythings here to make this a great forum :D

I know, we still never got a real answer if the Izula is good as a throwing knife.

Ya. Gotta agree with OP. Ever since I discovered this forum about a month ago...I Ordered my first Rat and have been checking the forum daily....kinda hard not to :)

I agree. I got a Rc3. Had to get an Izula. Had to get another molded sheath and Tek loc. then... will it ever stop??? As far as throwing an Izula. Go ahead, then the Hest, then the rc3, then the 4, then the 5,6, Hope you have a good belt to carry it all. It does'nt hurt to try anyway. Ha Ha

I'm still a newbie here and I belong to several gear forums but this has become my first daily check in when I get home. Great knives and a bunch of great folks with a wealth of knowledge to share with folks like myself. I think it's outstanding that the RAT company participates on here and actually asks and listens to their customers for feedback. That's the most impressive thing to me.

I'm new to the forum on BF but it's my first visit now. I really feel at home here. Thanks guys and girls! :D

I belong to several gun forums but my first visit here i knew that this was a home for me. Down to earth people with a comon interest in survival and knives as tools with the kool factor still measured in just recognized as fluff.

Oh yea Dylside, I love ur take on the ESEE emblem i think im gonna steal yours and add my RP number and have it tattooed on me..it does look bad ass. now just where i wanna put it..

I have got to agree with all you other nuts who posted above. I also hang out on W&SS and some on the H.I. forums. I get the most out of this one.

Everything Dylside just said is why I wished to join the RAT Pack. A great bunch of helpful and funny people.

It's funny. When I first joined I wasn't sure if R.A.T. was Jeff Randall or not. I remember making a thread about the coatings on the Izula and all he kept doing was telling me that the Pink one was best. A little later, I found out that the smartass was the illustrious Jeff Randall. Still makes me chuckle. :D

Well said, Dylan! Thanks everyone for making the RAT forum the best little corner of the internet!
