I made a knife just for me this time: The "FUG"

Just love it.. Such a great looking knife. The proportions match the theme perfectly.

I like it - it's got a kind of leuku flavor, and I notice it's made to be held on the correct hand, too!

Love the copper and peening!!! Man that looks great!!!! WOuld love to it on my side for sure!!

I like that one a lot, Rick:thumbup: Can it peel grapes? That's what I usually do with my knives when I'm in the woods.

Really nice work buddy!

Jonny, I don't think NoCal vinyards are considered "woods". ;)

Rick, I love that bruiser!

I really like that, something like that could possibly push my Kuk out of my pack:eek: Well maybe not out, but it would have to make some room for sure:D

I said "screw it" and cast aside my bread and butter this week to make something for myself. I call it the "FUG".

I'm a big knife kinda guy right now, and this UGly hunk of sharpened prybar is right up my...... alley.:thumbup: For a big guy, it cuts surprisingly well. The geometry is a very shallow full convex (almost flat) from edge to spine. It definately won't win praises in the sushi chef circles but is far from being a clumsy clunker. I'm taking it for a workout this weekend.

Thanks for looking!
Rick

Here it is next to my old trusty Bush Tanto... an 8 1/2" knife that most think is too big to be practical for woods carry also... lol.:p

Nice work.
